While some programs focus on building strength but may leave you feeling stiff, and others prioritize flexibility but might leave you feeling weak, our goal was to develop a program that offers the best of both worlds. This template is designed to make you not only strong but also agile enough to tackle any physical challenge.
Duration
Each Training Session will take between 60 and 90 minutes, from warm up to cool down
