Robust Fitness 101
Introducing our simple yet highly effective dumbbell-focused program, meticulously designed to introduce athletes to our training methodology. With a thoughtful selection of exercises and a progressive approach, this program will enhance both upper and lower body strength and flexibility.
Duration
Each Training Session will take between 45 and 75 minutes, from warm up to cool down.
