To craft a tailored training program that perfectly suits your needs, we need to get to know you better. Through email, phone calls, or Zoom meetings, we will delve into your fitness objectives, available training time, any existing injuries, and other pertinent details.

Step 2 is our responsibility. With the information we've gathered, we'll skillfully craft your program. Simply sit back and unwind while we design a program tailored to guide you towards your desired fitness destination.
With all your inquiries addressed and your training plan prepared, you're now ready to embark on your training journey.
Tell us - or show us - how it went
After your training session, please provide us with feedback or share details, including videos, about your session. Share your likes, dislikes, what went smoothly, ask questions, and let us know any thoughts or concerns you may have. Your input is invaluable in helping us continually improve your training program.
After receiving your training notes and videos, we will promptly provide you with feedback and coaching for your upcoming sessions, usually within a 24-hour timeframe.
Repeat, Repeat, Repeat
We will make gradual weekly adjustments as needed and more significant updates every four weeks to keep your training engaging and prevent monotony. These steps are repeated until you've successfully achieved your goals or decide to conclude your training journey with us.

$275 / month
The programming fee will be billed on a monthly basis until you've successfully completed your program or until you decide to conclude your training journey with us. Our approach is entirely flexible, and there are no contracts or obligatory commitments. However, we do encourage our clients to consider a minimum commitment of three months before considering discontinuation.
